Job Title: BD Director (Investment banking trianing focused) Location: Shanghai Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for investment banking related training programs and other training & consulting programs’ business development and revenue stream;· Think strategically, involved in company’s business strategy development along the way;· Select, develop and evaluate company’s sales people with professional processes and structure; coach junior team members;· Build and manage relations both with present customers and new potential customers;· Expand the sales to present customers and in present segments as well as develop sales with new customers and within new segments; · Responsible for managing pricing and quotations; Requirements: · MBA graduate, or university graduate, major in finance or accounting is prefered;· Previous financial focused training or consulting sales experience, good track record· A quick learner, can quickly grasp the essetial selling points of company’s products;· Good business accumen, can quickly understand clients’ business and needs;· Experience in managing a sales team. · Self-motivated & result oriented· Strong leadership skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
